What does tier 3, tier 2 and tier 1 mean?
St Marys Minor Soccer is growing with numbers and skill. With this growth it allows us to have additional groups in age groups. There are 3 tiers in our league. It starts with tier 3 which is the entry level and then moves up to tier 2 followed by tier 1. St Marys Minor Soccer will always be inclusive. Our philosophy is to have a tier 3 team minimum. After that, if numbers and skill allow we will have a higher tier team. For the higher tier teams, the choice will be made by player development committee based on skill evaluations, coach evaluations and observations.
